Web Site 5-Jan-2012

We recently engaged web site specialists to improve our Google search ranking and have been surprised by the spectacular results. We are now in the Top 10 on Google for several of our target search words and are starting to receive good quality enquiries.

Template Updates  2-Jan-2013

We have a policy of continuous improvement and this month we have reviewed and updated our templates. We have implemented all of our customer and clerks requests with impressive results and positive feedback from all  clerks and customers.

The Big Picture 20-Dec-2012

I sometimes think we lose sight of the “Big Picture”. We are so involved with the tiniest detail that we forget what the objective of an Inventory clerk is? We can produce pages of overly detailed reports but there is no point unless they are clear and concise. Disputes can be reduced dramatically by a good report with claims not being made or disputed when irrefutable evidence is present.  At D and J Property our experience allows us to focus on identifying and documenting the problem areas.
